Guidelines for using Racko services responsibly and protecting the infrastructure, customers and communities that depend on them.
This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of Racko infrastructure and related services. It applies to customers and people who access or use services through their accounts, including authorized users and applications.
Covered services include VPS, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Private Cloud, GPU Cloud, S3 Storage, Backup Storage, Web Hosting, CloudLabs and Managed Cloud Operations, where applicable. Read this policy together with Racko's Terms of Service and any product-specific agreement.
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the Racko Master Services Agreement and Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between this policy and specific contractual addenda executed by Gisul Software Services Pvt. Ltd., the applicable Enterprise Agreement clauses govern.
You are responsible for the workloads, applications and content you operate through your Racko account. You must ensure all interactions with the compute environment align with operational security standards.
Note: For managed services, specific operational responsibilities depend on the administrative boundaries defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement or custom Statement of Work.
The following activities undermine infrastructure integrity, jeopardize tenant isolation, and are strictly prohibited across all Racko instances.
Do not use Racko services to conduct unlawful activities or host, distribute or process unlawful content under applicable jurisdiction laws.
Do not access systems, accounts, networks or data without permission. Do not bypass authentication, exploit systems without authorization or obtain credentials through deception.
Do not use services to distribute malware, deploy ransomware, operate malicious botnets or support command-and-control operations against other endpoints.
Do not conduct phishing, payment fraud, identity theft or masquerade as corporate, financial, or institutional entities intended to deceive third parties.
Do not launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, deliberately overload hypervisors, or interfere with the normal operations of services used by others.
Do not unlawfully harvest, disclose, or distribute personal information. Do not host or distribute content infringing trademarks, patents, or copyright holdings.
Do not bypass account suspensions, geographic filters, architectural security controls, resource allocations, or enforcement measures implemented by Racko engineering.
Legal note: The restrictions above must remain consistent with the approved Terms of Service.
Use compute, storage, bandwidth and network resources within the specifications and limits of your purchased service. Do not intentionally create workloads that disrupt shared infrastructure or materially affect other customers.
